Tonight saw the launch of Brisbane high-end fashion label IRENA and her first collection, Sex and Lanscapes, with discount bliss and general "mad shit" at Ninelives Gallery.
The label, which offers something for everyone (from form-fitting dresses with delicite cut-outs to soft drapes and mesh inserts) is oh so lush. Between the glamours models decked out in Irena's goods to the rose flavoured cup cakes they carried (courtesy of The Cupcake Parlour), the night was a hit with an array of good looking people, mad beats (Missy Elliot circa 1997) and free drinks & food - a treat amongst the starving uni students.
While that may be true, the launch offered us a time to let down our hair and have a general mad time complete with party bags that contained personilsed Irena black nail polish (thanks girl, we were running low).
